PT Atlas Copco Indonesia adalah perusahaan yang mengkhususkan diri dalam pemasaran dan layanan purna jual produk Atlas Copco, termasuk semua jenis kompresor stasioner dan portabel, generator, dan peralatan listrik, peralatan konstruksi dan pertambangan. Perusahaan yang berdiri pada tahun 2012 ini sepenuhnya dimiliki oleh Atlas Copco Group. 

Keberhasilan PT. Atlas Copco Indonesia terutama karena penjualan sistem yang berkualitas dengan penekanan pada produktivitas, lingkungan dan kesehatan, didukung dengan layanan dan ketersediaan suku cadang. Perusahaan memiliki sekitar 178 karyawan di Indonesia dan didukung oleh 5 kantor cabang di Surabaya, Bandung, Semarang, Medan dan  Batam. Selain itu PT. Atlas Copco Indonesia juga memiliki 12 distributor.

Selain produk Atlas Copco, juga terdapat PT Atlas Copco Nusantara yang merupakan pemasok peralatan Pertambangan (Open Cast dan Underground), Minyak dan Gas (inkonvensional dan CBM), Konstruksi dan Quarry, Eksplorasi Mineral, Geoteknik, dan pengembangan energi panas bumi.

Job description: 
The key activities of this position will be as follows:
  1. To actively promote the whole range of Industrial air products within the sales territory and maintaining the existing customer base but with a strong focus on targeting new accounts.
  2. Plan and prioritize personal sales activities and customer/prospect contract towards achieving agreed business aims, including costs and sales – especially managing personal time and productivity.
  3. Undertake proposals, including the calculation of sales prices to achieve sales.
  4. Support sales with demonstration, exhibition and negotiation in order to achieve targets.
  5. Support sales through undertaking site surveys and providing technical advice to both existing and potential customers
  6. Maintain regular contact with all customers’ especially key accounts
  7. Develop and maintain good customer relationships at all levels within the area and ensure an excellent standard of after sales service is provided.
  8. Support sales through the effective provision of sales data, including the timely recording of visit and action reports (including lost order reports) and analysis of sales performance against budgets-
  9. Maintain and develop existing and new customers through appropriate propositions and ethical sales methods, and relevant internal liaison, to optimize quality of service, business growth, and customer satisfaction
  10. Liaise with colleagues and other parts of the group to co-ordinate activities where appropriate to ensure that sales are obtained
  11. Use customer and prospect contact activities, tools and systems, and update relevant information held in these systems
  12. Attend sales meetings and ensure that all subsequent action required is undertaken
  13.  Communicate, liaise and negotiate internally and externally using appropriate methods to facilitate the development of profitable business and sustainable relationships
  14. Promote the business regionally by supporting the Business Line Manager and other team members in achieving sales.
  15. Adhere to health and safety policy and other requirements relating to care of equipment
  16. Undertake ad-hoc project work as required.

Qualification:
  1. Electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering background or another degree with excellent sales experience.
  2. Excellent sales record from similar position with a minimum experience of 2 years in sales of high quality industrial machines, and preferably air compressors.
  3. Have a good persuasive and negotiation skill
  4. Adequate knowledge of using MS office tools is required
  5. Strong written and spoken English is a must
  6. Strong written and spoken Mandarin would be an advantage
  7. Must have a driving license
  8. Dynamic and have a positive attitude
  9. Customer focused and result oriented
  10. Have a good communication skill with all level of people on the company
